Megan Ferrando

Climate security and EU security and defence policy.
Megan Ferrando was the Clara Marina O’Donnell fellow (2021-22) at the CER. Her research is focused on climate security and EU security and defence policy.
Before joining the CER, Megan worked on human security and EU security and defence issues at the European Peacebuilding Liaison Office (EPLO). She has also worked as a programme assistant at humanitarian aid and development co-operation NGO network Alliance 2015.
Megan holds an MA in International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe (Belgium) and an MSc in Conflict Resolution and Governance from the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands).
