The discussion will consider the following questions: What does Ukraine have to do to get ready for EU membership? Is a peace deal with Russia a precondition for Ukraine's accession? And what does the EU have to do to get ready for Ukraine's membership? What are the biggest obstacles to Ukraine's membership of the EU? And will membership of the EU guarantee Ukraine's security, or does it also need to join NATO? Does the EU accession process itself need to be rethought, for example to allow Ukraine to join parts of the single market when it has aligned with EU rules in particular sectors? And what role, if any, can institutions like the European Political Community play in fostering Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration?
