"For the last generation, the idea that European integration is the future was something you just didn't question," says Hugo Brady, a senior research fellow in Brussels at the CER. "That’s no longer true. This generation lacks the will to reverse European integration. They’re not going to rip the system down, but they’re not sure how to make it work. So they're sort of stuck."
